A DAY AT THE HOSPITAL

A DAY AT THE HOSPITAL

This is Doctor Phil. He is a good doctor. Now he has three patients at Intercontinental Hospital waiting for him. Here comes the first patient.

Doctor: Hello. What’s wrong? How can I help you?

Patient 1: Hello doctor. I’m Sue. I ate candies for lunch. I feel sick. What can I do?

Doctor: Hmm. You shouldn’t eat too much candy. You should eat healthy food. Take these pills. You will feel better soon.

Patient 1: Yes, doctor. Thank you.

Patient 2: Hello doctor. My name’s Sam. I’m a football player. I fell while I was playing. My arm hurts.

Doctor: You have a broken arm. I will put a cast. You should wear it for three weeks. You shouldn’t move your arm.

Patient 2: Ok. Thanks doctor.

Patient 3: Hello Doctor. I’m Wendy. I was outside yesterday and it was cold and rainy. I have a cold now.

Patient 3: Ok, doctor. Thank you very much.

It’s the end of the day. The doctor is tired. He should rest, too.
