A Day In The Life Of...

Hello! My name is Chris and I am a teacher. I work in a school in Japan and I love it. Every day, I get up at 5am and go running. Then, I go swimming for an hour.

After my exercise, I have breakfast at 7:30. Then, I get ready for school and leave the house. I arrive at school at 08:15. My first lesson is maths for Year 1 students, from 09:00 to 09:45. We have a break from 09:45 to 10:10. After break, I teach Year 4 students maths, too.

We have lunch from 12:00 to 1:00. After lunch, I teach English and then history. Every day is very busy for me. When I finish work, I walk home. It takes me 30 minutes to walk home.

I cook dinner and relax a little. Then, I check the students’ homework and prepare my lessons for the next day. I go to bed at 11:00.
