A Different Neighbourhood

A Different Neighbourhood

Carla: Hi Ryan. I need your help.
Ryan: How can I help you, Carla?
Carla: Well, I’m in Harwood, your old neighbourhood. I want to do some shopping.
Ryan: I was in Harwood 7 years ago, so some places may not be there any more. But I can try.
Carla: First, I want to buy a cake. It’s my best friend’s birthday today. Where can I find a good cake? I’m in front of Senna’s restaurant now.
Ryan: Seven years ago, there was a baker’s opposite the restaurant. Is it still there?
Carla: Yes. Is it called John’s Bakery?
Ryan: Right! That’s it.
Carla: I need to go to the market too. I want to buy some fruit there.
Ryan: There was a market next to the baker’s. Can you see it?
Carla: No. There’s a butcher’s next to it now.
Ryan: Please ask the people in the baker’s. They can tell you where the market is.
Carla: Thanks a lot, Ryan. I may call you again when I need help.
Ryan: Sure, Carla. I’ll be happy to help.
