A Fun Day Out!

My 21st birthday started out really well. We had planned a really exciting day out. The plan was to go to a big amusement park with lots of rides and roller coasters, spend the day there and then go out to an amazing restaurant in the evening. I was a bit annoyed in the morning because one of my friends arrived late, so we left late.

We arrived at the amusement park and were amazed by the size of the roller coasters – they were huge! We went to the entrance to pay, but there was a really long queue. We waited for ages and were quite bored. Finally, we got in and went to the first ride, but it was closed, so we were really disappointed. It was the biggest ride and it was very disappointing that it was closed.

After that, we went to another ride. It was open and we went on it. It was extremely frightening! Then, we got in the queue for the next ride. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the ride. Everybody was scared and worried. A woman was injured. Her hand was cut when she put it out of the carriage! There was blood everywhere and she was in a lot of pain. She screamed and screamed. An ambulance came and took her to hospital.

We didn’t feel like going on any more rides after this. We got in the car and fell asleep. We were all exhausted, so we didn’t go to the restaurant. In the end, we went home and went to bed. It was quite a disappointing day, actually.
