A HEALTHY BODY

If we don’t eat food, our bodies don’t work. If we don’t eat the right food, our bodies don’t work well. Healthy food helps our bodies to build bones and muscles and keep us healthy.

We shouldn’t eat foods like chips, cakes, hamburger, pizza, cookies or sweets so much.

We should eat apples, oranges, chicken, fish, cheese, yoghurt, spinach, cabbage and drink fruit juice and milk. Cereal, pasta and bread are healthy choices but you shouldn’t eat them a lot.

Eating different types of healthy food is a ‘balanced diet’. If you eat a balanced diet, you can keep your body healthy.

We should also do sports and exercise to build a healthy body. Jogging, swimming, tennis can be fun choices to do sports.
