A helicopter crashed just meters from diners

A helicopter crashed at a Fiji resort island just meters from a restaurant. An Australian tourist was dining when he saw it losing control. Later, all people on board remarkably walked away unharmed . The helicopter crashed dramatically when it was trying to land at Treasure Island resort, just off the west coast of Fiji, on Wednesday afternoon. But as soon as the landing skids touched the ground, the helicopter lurched forward and veered into nearby trees - dangerously close to onlookers. There were six passengers and a pilot on board but luckily nobody died. The nationality of the people on board is unknown. An Australian man was dining with his family nearby when the scary crash happened. He said everyone got out of the helicopter and were fine. 'A beautiful day trip to Treasure Island changed dramatically as so on as the helicopter attempted to land on the Treasure Island helipad nearby. First it crashed into a tree, then into another right next to the pool .’ said a bystander. The Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji are now investigating the incident.
