A Letter for An Advice

A Letter for An Advice

Dear Ellen,

I am from Spain but I have lived in London for two months. I am 25 years old. I came here because I changed my job and I like my new job very much. The only problem is that I feel very lonely here. I don’t know anyone here apart from my colleagues at work. They are nice but they are all much older than me.

Another problem is I am a bit of a shy person. In Spain I have a lot of friends but in London, it is difficult to make new friends. I live alone and every night I just watch television or listen to the radio. I don’t have any hobbies. I like cooking but I don’t like English food. I like live music but I don’t know any places to go in London. And I like walking but London is very huge and I’m frightened of getting lost!

Maybe if I will have a close friend, everything would be easier. We can go to the cinema or go to a concert together. I want to stay in England because it is a nice country. There are lots of interesting places. Last week I bought a camera, I want to visit new places and take a lot of photos.  Please help me! What should I do?
