A Reading:Free Time

1) …………………………………………….

Studies show that the number of people who have more free time has increased. However, people keep complaining about having no time for anything. Nowadays, most people spend their time surfing on the internet and watching TV. Teenagers in particular are always busy with their phones. People don’t realize how much time they spend on them so have difficulties managing their free time.

2) …………………………………………….

People are mostly inactive during their free time activities. While playing video games, people are passively involved. It might be a good idea to be more active. Don’t you think it’s more fun to shoot a video instead of just watching it? Play tennis at the tennis court rather than watch it on the screen.

3) …………………………………………….

Free time is needed in order to feel more content. It’s you who will decide what to do in that time. Do sports if you want to get fit or simply lay down and listen to music to relax. For a while, stop thinking about the things that need to be done. Don’t concern yourself about the quality of your free time. You don’t always need to do things that will be beneficial for your CV or future job. Don’t let others tell you what you need to do.

4) …………………………………………….

It’s a good idea to plan your free time in advance as long as you don’t exaggerate and over-plan. If you think walking will be helpful for you to feel better, check the weather forecast, wear suitable clothes and ensure you have everything you need.
