A visit to the museum

Chris: Did you go to the History Museum yesterday, Jenny?

Jenny: Yes, it was amazing. I learnt a lot of things.

Chris: Tell me about it. How was the museum?

Jenny: It had two parts. The first part was about the ancient world, and the second part was about modern times.

Chris: Interesting! I love ancient history. What did you see there?

Jenny: In the first part of it, there were lots of coins from different countries in different times. The coins were usually gold or silver, but some of them were bronze. There were pictures of the kings or queens on some coins. Then I saw ancient inventions. There were old nails, paper, compass and a very, very old wheel.

Chris: Did you go to the part about modern times?

Jenny: Yes, but there were only pictures of modern inventions there. It wasn’t very interesting.
