About your city
Interviewer: Hi, I’m Matt, and welcome back to the show. Today, we have something different for you guys. We’re walking on the streets of Dayton and asking people what they think about their town. Let’s talk to someone. Sir, I’m Matt from DT Radio. Do you have time for some questions?
Stefan: Yes, sure. I’m Stefan. Nice to meet you.
Interviewer: Nice to meet you too. So, you’re from Dayton, right?
Stefan: Yes, I was born here.
Interviewer: How do you like Dayton?
Stefan: Well, I think it’s a great town. You can find almost everything here. Oh, sorry, that’s my daughter across the street. Sharon! Come over here . . . Sorry, Matt. So, yes, I’m pretty happy with this town.
Interviewer: How about your daughter? Sharon, do you like living in Dayton?
Sharon: Well, no. The city hasn’t got a shopping centre or a theatre. Its stadium is small, and you can’t find many kinds of foods in the restaurants.
Stefan: Well, Dayton is a small town, Sharon. You can find those things in a big city.
Sharon: Yes. That’s why I’m working hard to save money and move to a bigger city.
Interviewer: All right, everyone! As you can see, some people think this town is a great place, while others think it’s not good enough.
