After School Clubs in Our School

I am very lucky that I am a student at Kingston Elementary School. There are many after school clubs in our school. Every year, you can choose two of them and they are all free. I am in the dancing club and chess club. In the dancing club, we always start our lessons with stretching and then we practice dancing. Every year, we prepare an end of the year show for our friends, teachers and families. In the chess club, our teacher shows us some videos of successful chess players and every month we go to chess tournaments and last month our school was the winner.

My best friend Jim is in the fencing club and the guitar club. In the fencing lessons, they always wear their white costumes to be safe. They sometimes have matches. Their matches can be a girl against a boy. I love watching them. Jim has a guitar lesson once a week. He loves it and he says he relaxes in this club. In their lessons, the teacher always plays the guitar with them and everybody loves the guitar teacher. He is so kind and helpful.
