After School Hobbies

To Sheila, music is everything. When she finishes school she’s happy. ‘After school I know I can spend my time with my guitar.’ Sheila makes YouTube videos for her fans. Her hobby is to sing and play famous songs with her guitar. ‘I get a lot of nice comments from my fans, and some people ask me to join their band too. I really want to be a great musician in the future.’

Carl has got three best friends at school. After school they go to a park and practise dancing. ‘We’re in the LA Dance Academy, so we go there at the weekend to learn more dance moves and watch professional dancers. They make great group-dance videos. I want to be in their videos one day.’ Carl also wants to be a dance teacher at his school.

Fiona and Carl are in the same class. They go to the same park together after school, but she doesn’t dance. ‘I play badminton with friends from school and random people in the park. It just helps me relax.’ Fiona doesn’t want to be a professional badminton player. ‘I am in our school’s tennis team, so I just play badminton for fun.’
