Ali the New Student

Ali is a new student in my class. He sits next to me. He started school later than the other students, so he feels a little lonely. I understand that. Changing school is difficult. He is a very good boy and a hardworking student. We became good friends. He is very polite and always thoughtful. There are days I forget my pencils. Sometimes he forgets his book. We always share things. The teacher likes him because he takes turns and uses nice words like ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. Everybody likes Ali. I’m very happy that we share a desk. He’s my best friend.
