All About Me ! Katie !

Hello everyone. My name is Katie. I’m a 21-year-old girl from New York. I have a lot to say about myself and I love talking about my life and my dreams for the future! I live in a small flat with two bedrooms in the centre of New York. I live alone but I usually have guests in the evenings. My friends love spending time in my home because it’s really cosy. I have a balcony with a view of Manhattan and, you know, the lights of Manhattan at night are fabulous!

I work at home. I have my computer, my pencils, my papers and all that stuff at home and that’s all I need to do my job. I don’t have to go to an office. I work on the computer and on paper. My job is to attract people’s attention on a product or a place. I make logos, draw pictures, and write short advertisement texts for companies which need to promote their business. I’m creative, which is a part of my job, and I’m sociable. It’s easy for me to communicate with people. I guess that helps me a lot in my career.

I have two cats and a turtle. I like animals. My cats are my best friends. Apart from that, I visit the animal shelters once a month and take food and medicine for the homeless animals. I like going to the cinema but I prefer lying on my coach and watching a DVD. I love action films but these days I’m watching the old classical films. You know, the black and white ones, but believe me they are a kind of magic! I also draw and paint pictures in my free time. I am planning to have an exhibition in an art gallery next year. Hope I can!
