Amazing Holiday in Spain

My name’s Darren and I just came back from an amazing holiday. I want to tell you all about it and maybe you will want to book a holiday, too.

My holiday was on a fantastic Spanish island. The weather was great so we could do lots of sports and other things. I tried scuba diving for the first time and I also went paragliding for the second time. Paragliding is quite scary! I was doing it for about an hour so I was very tired afterwards. Some days we just sunbathed on the beach, but we also went for walks on the island. One day we went on a donkey ride. My donkey was very bad-tempered and it kept hitting me with its tail! The island has a big volcano, but it hasn't erupted for more than two hundred years, so we were safe!

In the evenings we went to some great restaurants and had lots of really good food. I took my guitar so in the evenings we sang some old Spanish folk songs – much nicer than listening to an MP3 player! I went on holiday with a lot of people who were the same age as me, so it really was fun. You should try it!
