Amy and George

Amy didn’t see her cousin George for a long time because Amy lived in London and George lived in Ireland because of his father’s job. They always sent e-mails to each other and Amy invited her cousin to her house to stay with her for a while. On the 16th of June, George came to visit Amy because the schools closed.

Amy was very excited about this visit. She planned so many things to do with her cousin. In the morning, she went to the airport with her mum to pick up George. They came home and had a delicious breakfast. Then, her mum went to work and they spent some time on the internet. At that time, they found a very nice movie and they watched it. After that, they went out to the garden to ride bikes. George was very lucky that there were two bikes in the garden. After that, Amy made a jar of lemonade for George and he loved it.

The next day, Amy’s mum took them to a circus. They watched the acrobats and elephants. They had fun and laughed a lot. They had a great time. They also had ice cream there. When they came back home, everybody was very tired so they went to bed early.
