An Unforgettable Moment

In the summer of 2015, Juliette and Sasha who are from France travelled to England. They attended a summer school and stayed at Felsted College. They wanted to make new friends and talk to them in English. In the mornings, they had speaking lessons. In the afternoons, they visited different places or did different things at the college.

Everything was ordinary and so normal until the day they went on a field trip to London. They got on the bus and the journey took about two hours. They were happy on the bus because they were reading their books and listening to music.

All the children were talking about the wax figures at Madame Tussaud’s Museum. They were all very excited. While the kids were talking about the figures, Sasha and Juliette were wearing headphones so they did not hear that they were made of wax.

When the students arrived at the museum they were all wandering around in excitement. Juliette and Sasha were following the group until they saw Justin Bieber - his wax figure, of course. Sasha was so excited that she ran to give Justin a hug. The figure looked so lifelike. She threw her arms around him and it was at just that moment the wax figure broke into two parts. At first, Sasha and Juliette were frightened. They did not know what to do.

They thought they would get into serious trouble. Then Sasha had an idea. They put the parts together, held them in place and kept smiling. Then they realized that there was a metal joint lying on the floor. They put the metal joint back on and it held the two parts together. When the girls let go, it stayed still. It really was a moment they will never forget – the day they put Justin together…
