An Unlucky Day

Thomas is a teacher and loves his job. He thinks being a teacher is fantastic. But yesterday was a bit different for him. It wasn’t a really good day for him. In the morning, he didn’t hear his alarm clock, so he woke up late and missed the bus.

Thomas ran to the train station, but it started raining. He didn’t have an umbrella, so he got wet. The train was full of people, and it was hot inside. Thomas didn’t feel OK.

He got off the train and walked to the school, but it rained again! He looked at his watch; he was late, so he ran to the school. But there was a problem! The school wasn’t open. It was Saturday!
