Animal Homes

Every animal needs a home. Animals live in different places. Some live in the ocean, some live in the forests. A bird makes a nest for its babies. They are warm and safe in the nest. An eagle is a big bird. There are eagle’s nests high up in trees. Eagles can be black, white or brown.

Opossums live in trees too. They live in tree hollows. Opossums are cute, little animals. They’re black and white. They eat nuts and bugs. Baby opossums climb on their mother’s back and travel there.

Bees have houses too. Bee lives in a hive. They make honey in the hives. In winter they stay in the hive and eat honey.

We live in houses too. We eat, sleep and play in our homes. Just like animals!
