Anna's Story

This is Anna. She’s eight years old. It’s sunny today, and she’s playing in the garden. She’s looking at some ants. They are her favourite insects. In the garden, there are flowers. They’re pink, purple, green, white, red and yellow. There are two chairs in front of the door and a table under the tree. There is a cat in the garden, too. It’s Anna’s pet. Anna’s mother is in the kitchen. She’s making some salad and sandwiches. They are having a birthday party for Anna tonight. Anna’s friends and grandparents are coming to the party. Anna’s aunt is in the kitchen, too. She’s making Anna’s big birthday cake.
