Are You Fit and Healthy?

Linda: ‘I think I am. I do lots of things to be fit and healthy. I wake up early every morning and have breakfast. I think breakfast is important because it gives me a lot of energy. I eat healthy snacks and drink lots of water. My friends drink a lot of cola. I don’t like it because it’s got sugar in it, and sugar makes me fat. I have bad habits too. I watch a lot of TV and don’t do much sport.’

John: ‘I’m not fit, and that’s my biggest problem. Don’t get me wrong! I’m not lazy. I do sport every day, but I can’t stop my bad eating habits. I take healthy snacks to school, but I eat hamburgers and chocolates besides them. I often drink cola with them too. I don’t eat breakfast so that I become fit, but my doctor says not eating breakfast is bad for my body as well.’
