At Home with Ellen Long

Ellen Long is a famous actress and model. She is American. Her husband, Ricardo Medal, is a famous footballer. They have a beautiful new home in Dallas. Ellen knows what she likes in a house. She loves coffee cups on the table, and shoes next to the bed. She doesn’t like people who say: “Oh, look at this amazing sofa!” but don’t sit down. When she sees a space where there aren’t pictures or lamps, she always puts something there. Ellen also loves colour. She likes rooms to have purple or yellow walls. Interviewer: Do you collect anything?
Ellen: Yes. I have got four hundred pairs of shoes.
Interviewer: What is there to read in your living room?
Ellen: A Portuguese magazine. I can speak Portuguese.
Interviewer: What is there in your garage?
Ellen: My car of course! I’ve got a lovely, little sports car!
Interviewer: Is there a cinema in your house?
Ellen: Yes, there is. There is a big statue of a lion. It’s from a film and my husband loves lions.
