At the Cooking Club

Today we’re at the cooking club. We’re talking to some of the young cooks about their lessons and foods. Let’s find out what they’re doing.


Tom: ‘I’m learning to cook Indian food. I think it’s difficult because I’m not Indian. There are lots of spices in Indian cuisine, and you have to learn to cook different foods with them. My favourite is curry and rice. I always like making different kinds of stew to eat with rice. Right now, I’m cooking some chicken. After that, I’ll mix it with the curry sauce.’


Briana: ‘I love sweets, so my passion is to learn to cook all kinds of famous sweets. I want to invent a sweet and put my name on it too. Right now, I’m making a dessert. It’s French. It’s called crème caramel. It’s a bit difficult for starters like me. I made some before, and it was delicious, so I hope this one will be delicious too.’
