Big Cats

Cheetahs have long legs and thin bodies. They are yellow and black. They are faster than leopards and cats. They can run very fast but they can’t run for a long time. Cheetahs live in Africa and India.

Snow leopards live in the mountains of Asia. In winter their hair grows longer because it is very cold. They can climb the trees and spend time on the trees.

Snow leopards are quieter than the other cats. When they move they never make any noise. There are only about 5000 leopards in the world. Hunters kill them.

Spanish cats are smaller than snow leopards but they are bigger than normal cats. They have got big long ears and large feet. They can be very dangerous when they are hungry. They live in the Mediterranean forests but there are only 200 Spanish cats. Hunters kill them, too.
