Car Without a Driver

Everything happened at once at midnight, so nobody understood why and how it happened. A large lorry

crashed into a house in our street, but the unexplainable thing was it had no drivers. The police and detectives 

started to investigate the case. Everyone wanted to know where the driver was. Video recordings of the street

were needed to solve the mystery. If they find reached the recordings, it will be easier to solve the mystery. Some locals said that the lorry had never been seen around the neighborhood before, so nobody knows who it belongs to. One of the residents said: “We would solve the mystery if we saw who drove the truck.” 

 

The detectives have been interrogating people, they have talked to ten people in town so far. However, they

couldn’t find anything useful. One of the detectives said: “It’s a complicated event. Even though most 

residents say that they don’t know who the truck belongs to, an old man has been very helpful to me. He says 

that the truck belongs to a man who used to live in this town, but he moved from here many years ago and 

nobody has seen him since then. If we find the driver, we will solve the case immediately.”

 

Witnesses say that the truck was going down the street very fast and there was a loud noise. The case is still unsolved just like many others because the detectives found out that the owner of the lorry had died 8 years ago and his relatives had no idea how the lorry got there. 

 

The town people were fortunate because it happened in the middle of the night and many people were 

asleep. 

 

There have been many unexplained events going on in this town for a long time, but neither the detectives nor  

the town people are able to solve them. Actually, the residents are used to the situation and they aren’t 

restless about the situation anymore. If this incident was the first, they would be scared.
