Charlie the Monkey

Bill’s sister Kate was in London yesterday. She missed her brother and decided to visit him. She also wanted to meet Bill’s new pet, Charlie, the monkey.

Her brother was very surprised and happy to see his sister. They talked and laughed a lot. Then they decided to visit the new Science Museum. Kate loved to see the old and new inventions. They stayed there for 3 hours. She asked a lot of questions about old inventions. They were very different. After that, they went to a restaurant. Later, she wanted to buy some presents for her parents and friends.

In the afternoon they visited different places. Kate enjoyed the day very much. In the evening she played with Charlie. Charlie loved Kate very much. He shared his bananas with Kate. After dinner, they all walked to the train station. Kate waved goodbye to them and returned home. She was tired but happy. When she opened her suitcase, she was surprised. Charlie’s favourite ball was in her suitcase. She looked at the ball and smiled happily.
