CONTROL YOUR STRESS
Stress can motivate you to work harder and to get better results. However, if you can not control the level of stress, it can prevent your success.
There are various stress symptoms. You should take care of yourself and take your stress level under control if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms.
Sleeping eight hours is ideal for teenagers. If you have difficulty falling asleep at night and waking up in the morning, you should plan your sleeping hours better.
Lack of appetite is another symptom of high levels of stress. A healthy diet with a variety of fruits and vegetables helps you to have a fit body and a fresh mind.
If you are suffering from pain all the time and if you keep forgetting things and feeling tired too much, you should learn to find a way to deal with the pressure. A break, spending some time with friends or loved ones and doing some sports may help you feel better. Physical activities, especially outdoors, will help you de-stress your mind.
Comparing yourself to your classmates will not help you! Everyone has a different pace and learning style. Focusing on the others who you think are better than you will only increase your anxiety level and make you feel inferior. Plan your studies, do your best and find the learning style which fits you best.
Check yourself regularly and treat yourself well!
