Tina: Hi John. What’s the problem? You look worried.

 

John: I’m not worried... Well, I am, actually. You know, I borrowed Kayla’s laptop last night because I wanted to do my homework. 

 

Tina: Did you damage the laptop? 

 

John: Well, I poured coffee on it. It’s working, but I couldn’t clean it. 

 

Tina: You have to tell her about it. Then, you have to take it to a repair shop to clean it. 

 

John: Do I have to pay for it?

 

Tina: Yes, of course. 

 

John: What if she gets upset when I tell her about it? 

 

Tina: Well, you have to be patient with her. Hey, I know someone who can help us. His name is Jared, and you don’t have to pay him anything, because he’s a close friend. 

 

John: That’s great. Let’s call him then.
