Do you like Learning English?

Jacques: This book is great! I’m always afraid of English coursebooks because they’ve got a lot of activities and new words. I usually feel I can’t remember all the new grammar and words, but with Close-up, things are different. I hardly ever forget the new grammar or vocabulary in this book. I think it’s because the activities in the book aren’t random. They’re always about a certain topic.

Maria: It’s a good book, but I think there are too many pictures in it. I always mix up the pages. Maybe it’s because I’m too old for this. My nephew has no problem with this book. He’s in the same class as me.

Anastasia: I never look at my English coursebook as the only source of leaning. But this book different. I can go back to it for any important information. It also has cool information about other cultures, and the workbook is full of exercises. They always keep me busy!
