Everybody needs food to live. Some people eat lots of fruit and vegetables, but some people like meat and carbohyrates more. Some people live a healthy life, but some other people don’t. A healthy diet is important for everyone, especially for children. When children eat healthy food, they will grow healthy and strong. There are two important things for a child to be tall. The first one is genetics. Genetics means something that comes from your mum or dad. If your mum or dad is tall, you might become tall too. The second one is a healthy diet. If you eat a healthy diet, you can become tall and strong. For example, you should drink two glasses of milk every day. Also, you need to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, chicken, beef and fish. A healthy diet means a healthy life!
