DOING WORKOUTS
Doing workouts is very important for everybody. When you do workouts, you keep fit.
Workouts are fun. Students have PE classes in their schools to do some sports.
Two hours a week is not enough. You can do sports every morning. After you wake up,
you can stretch, touch your toes, turn around and tap your legs, but be careful! Move slowly.
You can do workouts inside or outside. On a cold day, you can do them at home.
On a hot and sunny day, you can do workouts at a park.
Workouts help you have a great day and sleep well.
