DOLLY’S HOUSE

My name’s Dolly, I am nine years old and I am from Dublin. I live with my family. There is only one bedroom for my sister and me. It’s good because we are best friends.

My house is small but very lovely. The walls are red and the windows are yellow. There is a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. In the bedroom we have a big bed. We also have an armchair, a big carpet on the floor and a picture on the wall. In the bathroom there is a bath, a toilet and a mirror on the wall.

There is a living room downstairs and a kitchen. There is no dining room, so we eat our meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is large. It has got a table in the centre, two chairs, a fridge, a cooker, a big white cupboard. We keep our plates and glasses in the cupboard. There is also an attic in my house. I sometimes dance there. I love my house!
