Donkey's Job
Today in the modern world, we have many modes of transportation: the subway, taxis, cars, trucks, well-equipped ambulances and fire trucks, and fast courier services. We are living in the age of information, and inventors use their knowledge to improve new, fast, cheap, and comfortable modes of transportation. It is easy to reach anywhere we want. Do you know how people traveled or carried things in the past? In rural areas or in villages, they used donkeys! It was almost the only way to travel from one place to another. Donkeys were the most important way of traveling or moving food from farms to small towns. They worked under hard conditions because there weren't any modern transport facilities. Life was really difficult for donkeys. They carried huge amounts of food and other things. In some villages or towns, donkeys are still used for the same purposes. If you are wondering why they don't use tractors or trucks, the answer is donkeys don't need petrol, so they never run out of it. They just need water and grass, which are cheaper than petrol. What these people don't understand is if they use trucks or tractors, they can carry more things at a time, so then they could sell more and earn more.
