Most cities have a lot of restaurants. They may be expensive or cheap. If you don’t know how to cook or don’t have enough time to cook, you might eat at a restaurant. People might also go to a restaurant to have fun outside of the house, or to celebrate important days.
Too many calories
Many people enjoy eating junk food like chocolate, crisps, or biscuits. When they eat too much junk food, they start gaining weight. The reason is simple: calories! A small packet of crisps, for example, has 200 calories. Three biscuits have 200 calories! The only thing that doesn’t have calories is water. Be careful about what you eat.
Meatless
What do you think about vegetarian people? They don’t eat any meat, including chicken or fish. People who are vegan don’t eat any animal products like cheese or milk; they only eat food from plants. Some people become vegetarian or vegan because of the environment, and some are concerned about the treatment of an animal.
