Mrs Teoni: Hello, my son was climbing a tree and he fell. I think he broke his leg.
Operator: Can I have the address, please?
Mrs Teoni: 12 Teagarden street.
Operator: The ambulance will be there in five minutes.
Mrs Teoni: Thank you.

Operator: Emergency.
Ian: Hi, I was riding my bike on the street and I got hit by another bike.
Operator: Can I have the address, please?
Ian: 6 Ozone Street.
Operator: The ambulance is on its way.
Ian: Hurry up, please.

Operator: Emergency.
Mel: Hi, my tummy hurts a lot.
Operator: What is your name?
Mel: Mel.
Operator: Did you eat something bad?
Mel: I was walking in the park and I saw some berries. I ate a few of them.
Operator: Can I have the address, please?
Mel: I’m at the Holy Springs Park, near the duck pond.
Operator: If you can, drink lots of water. The ambulance will be there in two minutes.
