Social media is all around us! When you go to cafes or cinemas, to Canada or India, people are using their smart phones. They are surfing on the net, chatting or checking their messages or e-mails. Texting is very popular today. People don’t have face to face conversations. They don’t even use letters to communicate. But what do they use? Emoticons and emojis! People from different countries use certain emotions. For example people all around the World like using but French prefer. People love to use emoticons, too. Australia, France and Czech Republic use happy emojis but Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia use sad or negative emojis. Also, there are some different ideas about emoticons and emojis. People give different meanings to different emojis. But they have the same idea about some emoticons like ‘’rain’’ emoticon. Everyone thinks that it means ‘’rain’’.
