EVERYBODY HAS SOMETHING

a) Hello! I’m John. I’m from the USA, and I live in New York. New York is a big and crowded city. I have a very busy life here because of my job. Every day I wake up early and go to work. My house isn’t close to my workplace. I’ve got a fast car. It helps me get to work on time every day. I haven’t got a driver – I drive it myself. It’s a yellow car like a taxi, and I like it.

b) Hi everybody! I’m Max. I’m a businessman in Spain. I’m not Spanish, but my job is in Madrid. I’ve got a big computer company. I’m the head of the company, so my life is busy. I’ve got a mobile phone because I need to make phone calls to hundreds of people every day. I can’t live a day without my mobile phone.

c) Hi! I’m Sam. I live in Finland. Finland is a green country with many trees and gardens. My family is in Norway, so I live alone. I don’t like being alone in this big house. My house has got a big garden, so I’ve got a pet dog named Piku. He’s a very lovely dog. I take him for a walk every day. I play games with him in our garden. His favourite game is catching the ball.

d) Hello! I’m Jesse. I’m a very adventurous person. I like all sports, but my favourite is skateboarding. I’ve got a red skateboard. It looks cool and goes very fast. It’s got four wheels. My friends have got skateboards, too. We sometimes go to the park and enjoy it there with our skateboards. It’s so much fun.
