Flu: Dos and Don'ts
1. When you don't have the flu
• You should exercise regularly and eat well.
• Don’t forget to wash your hands regularly, especially during the cold and flu seasons (late winter and early spring).
• During this time, don’t touch your eyes, nose and hands too much.
• Also, you shouldn’t get too close to people who have a cold or the flu.
• You shouldn’t use their cups or plates if you live in the same place.
2. When you have the flu
• Stop exercising. Your body needs rest.
• You should drink lots of water and different juices.
• Wash your hands regularly and use paper tissues to clean your nose and hands.
• If your flu is very bad, you should see a doctor.
