We always want to know what to eat, but do we want to know what not to eat? These days, unhealthy foods are everywhere, and people get fat and ill more often. Here are two kinds of food that you shouldn’t eat much!


Sugary drinks
Sugar is bad for, and everybody knows that. Today you can find sugar in a lot of foods, and children eat 10 times more sugar than the children in the past. When you drink sugary drinks like cola, your body doesn’t see it as food, so you don’t feel full. This adds more calories to your diet, and you get fat.

Ice cream
Ice cream is very delicious, but it’s unhealthy too. It’s got a lot of fat and sugar in it. That’s why it’s full of extra calories and can make you fat. Some people eat ice cream after their meal. This isn’t good for their body because it adds to the calories they had before ice cream.
