Forests on Earth

There are many different types of trees so there are many different types of forests on Earth, too. These trees give out oxygen, as well as make shelter and food for animals.

The areas around the North and the South Poles are cold places so here you can see pine trees because pine trees can live in cold weather. And these forests are houses for snow leopards. When people cut the trees in these forests, they destroy these animals’ houses, too. For example, think of rain forests and jungles. In these places it rains a lot, it is very green. There are many types of trees and plants, all of them are houses for different animals like parrots, monkeys, tigers and gorillas. When people destroy these animals’ houses, some of these animals die or some of them look for new places to live. When people do one thing, it affects the whole Earth. That’s why, we should always think about this before doing some change to our world.
