Four Amazing Robots

Scientists have been working on robot technologies for a long time. They have already manufactured human-like robots, humanoids. Some people are so amazed that they think robots will be replacing humans soon. They are afraid that robots will be taking over their jobs. Some say that robots will get the control of human life in the world. Robots will be ruling and using people as their slaves. The potential of robotics has no limits because scientists can create robotic machines to work in all walks of life, such as in industry, medicine, education and financial services industry. In fact, there is already a robot which was displayed at SEC in Barcelona in 2015. It is called Pepper. It has got siblings named NAO and Romeo.

Robotics company Aldebaran produced Pepper. Pepper can meet you at a bank next time you go there. The company designed Pepper so that it can interact with humans as natural and intuitive as possible. Pepper is a cheerful machine with an emotions engine. Pepper can replace a human consultant with correct software and some ‘teaching’. The interesting thing about humanoid robots is that they will be doing only a set of tasks that they are designed for. It is a matter of software to teach them to do other jobs and to use the same robot in other industries.
