Hello Ricardo,

Nice to meet you! My name is Lucy and I’m 11 years old. I live in Brighton with my parents and my brother. My brother is 3 years younger than me. We live in a small house with a garden. It’s got three bedrooms. My parents’ bedroom is bigger than mine and my brother’s.

I live near the school so I walk to school every day. My brother walks slower than me, so my mum drives him to school. I prefer to walk because I think it makes me healthier. My favourite subjects are Maths and Spanish. I get the best grades in my class in those lessons. I enjoy playing soccer and I am in the school team. Last week we won a match and I scored two goals! My team has the highest points in the league so far. At the weekends, I sometimes play soccer and I often go skateboarding with my friends in the park. I’m good at skateboarding because I can go a lot faster than all my friends. The best thing I love about my neighbourhood is the park. I love spending time there especially when the weather is nice.
