From Timothy to Simon

Dear Simon,

How are you? I’m fine. I am very busy lately with school and my hobbies. I have football practice twice a week-every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I play football quite well. Each practice is two hours and then I have to go home and do my homework. Every Friday we have a science quiz so I study more on Thursdays after my football practice. I’m very good at science but I work hard because I want to get good grades.

Also, every Saturday and Sunday morning I do free running in the park with my friends. It’s more fun when you do it with other people. Every Saturday evening we go to a restaurant for dinner. My mum and dad like trying different cuisines. We sometimes go to a Brazilian restaurant and sometimes to a Turkish one. I also like trying new food. My parents are usually not at home on Sundays. Their hobby is sailing. They are always on their boat on Sundays because they like being out at the sea. I think, only a storm can stop them from going sailing on a Sunday.

Well, I have to go now. I still have a lot of homework to do. Write me about your hobbies. Do you also spend a lot of time doing things you like?
