Germany and Turkey

I live in Istanbul, Turkey. At the moment, I am visiting a friend here in Germany. There are many differences between Germany and Turkey. For example, Germany is much colder than Turkey. Today in Germany, it was rainy and cold, around 3 degrees, but in Istanbul it was sunny and much warmer, around 15 degrees. 

There are far more trees here, too. It is greener than Istanbul. It is also cleaner than Istanbul. There are bins everywhere and special recycling bins for everything. 

The traffic is also much less here. You can cycle everywhere, even in the big towns and cities. The drivers are more respectful of cyclists and it is safer than Istanbul. 

Istanbul is more crowded than here, even the big cities in Germany are not as crowded as Istanbul. Istanbul is more chaotic than Germany, which is nice in its own way. In Istanbul, there are more street animals and there is much more noise. In fact, there is hardly any noise where I am staying. It is very peaceful and relaxing here, but also a little bit boring!
