Healthy Body and Healthy Mind

It is very important to take care of our bodies. All day long we walk, we work, and we study. At the end of the day, our bodies are tired. Like all living things, we should rest and eat. Children should not go to sleep very late. They should sleep for about 10 hours every night. This is important for the brain. Our brains rest when we sleep. Eating a healthy diet is very important too. We should not eat junk food every day. We should pick healthy food like salads, fruit and vegetables, rice, and chicken. Drinking soda or fruit juice is not good for our health.  So, what should we drink? We should drink lots of water. We should also move our bodies. We can run, do sports, or just play in the garden with friends. These are good activities for our health and body. We should not watch TV or play with electronics too much.
