I am running a survey on food. In particular the food in school canteens and the food that the students have for breakfast. Scientists also agree that at the start of the day we should have a good breakfast so that we stay active throughout the day. We need a lot of energy to be able to keep up at school. We must listen to the experts in this matter. We must eat healthily and follow a good diet. We must exercise regularly. We should not forget our daily chores as well, like doing our homework, doing research and projects. In addition, we must help our families at home. We can simply do that by keeping our rooms as clean as possible.

Having a clean room is also important for a healthy body. Let’s go back to the first thing: a healthy diet. What must we eat, and what mustn’t we eat? As you can imagine, our number one enemy is sugar. You must keep away from sugar and all the things that have sugar in them. The second thing is fat. You can count all the fast food. The oil that is in it is not good for your body. You have to listen to your parents. Homemade food is always healthier than any food you can find outside. You should take your own lunch to school. Remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, or less sugar means fewer problems in the future. Please do the survey and I hope you stay healthy.
