Holiday in the Mountains

Maverick and his family are on their way back home. He’s sad. His eyes are filled with tears. They were in the mountains for a week. Maverick’s grandparents live in a small house in the mountains. Maverick likes it there a lot. Every day they went for a walk in the morning. Maverick’s grandpa taught him a lot about animals. They saw squirrels, foxes and even a raccoon. Maverick’s grandma played the guitar by the fire every night. They sang songs together and danced around the fire. Maverick had so much fun. He didn’t want to leave and go back to the city. He wanted to stay more but their holiday is finished. Maverick must go to school.
