Exercise! If you move your body, you take in more oxygen and burn more of the food you ate. This helps you feel full of energy. If you don’t exercise often, you’ll feel tired most of the day.

Consult your doctor! Always talk to your doctor about the foods you eat and the medicine you take. Doctors can help you to eat the right food and stay away from illnesses.
