I feel sick!

Hi, my name is Zara.
I feel sick today. I usually forget to wash my hands before each meal and I often get sick.
Well, I should take my medicine twice a day because I have the flu. When I forget to take my pills,
I have a runny nose and an awful earache. I should rest and get better. I shouldn’t go out.
I should never forget to wash my hands carefully after most activities and before all meals
so that I won’t get sick often.
