Nancy : Let me check. Is it for three nights?

Scott : That’s right. I’ll leave on Tuesday.

Scott : It’s Scott Marvel.

Nancy : Can you spell your surname please?

Nancy : Thank you. Can I have your passport please?

Scott : Sure. Here you are.

Nancy : Thanks. Can you sign here Mr. Marvel?

Scott : OK. Can I have my keys?

Nancy : Certainly sir. Here you are. Your room is 235, on the second floor. The elevator is on the right.

Scott : I won’t take the elevator. I’ll take the stairs, thank you.

Nancy : All right. Enjoy your stay Mr. Marvel.

 

B) Ann : Hello. Please come in. You are new here, aren’t you?

Jim : Yes, I am. My name is Jim.

Ann : Nice to meet you. I need to ask you a few questions Jim.
